Here on Maui, we believe glowing skin shouldn’t come at the cost of frying under the hot Hawaiian sun. Schedule all your spa, massage, waxing mani & pedi appointments before your tan.
- If you choose to shave/wax please do 1-3 days before.
- Exfoliating before your tan is the most important way to keep your tan even and longer lasting.
- Avoid wearing anything on your skin before your tan.
- Don't use Dove or Oil of Olay soaps that leave a waxy film on your skin leaving your tan unable to fully develop.

- Wear loose dark clothing immediately after while tan in developing.
- Avoid spray sunscreens
- Avoid harsh scrubbing
- Avoid drying soaps + other chemicals.
- Rinse after chlorine
